i need to get in touch with thim and the phone number on the website is always busy . i just have to ask him a few things . or if he is a member here can someone give me his name so i can pm him ? thank you

When you get on the phone with him, he tends to shoot the breeze, so his phone stays busy while a customer calls. Which is cool, except when you want to talk to him.

Call again. He's not a member here, you can't PM him. You can try the email on the website too.

CCI is a one man show so when you call it's Mike who answers the phone. just keep trying. he's a hell of a nice guy to talk to and doesn't shooting the breeze as others have stated. he's one of the best in the business... solid products and outstanding customer service!!!

well i emaild him to ask him if he wanted a new website redesign and he seid hes already got a guy working on it . so we are gonna have a new phantom website soon !

Very true. My emails are almost always answered within a few hours, if not, by the end of the working day. Great guy.

If you typed like this he was overly polite most would have just deleted the unsolicited e-mail.
