When I first ran HPA my mainspring was causing the velocity to shoot much too highly because it was used to pushing open a valve with 900-1200 PSI in it (12 grams in FL); versus a constant 800 with HPA.

I switched to the ligher mainspring and it was mucho amazingo.

My 22 ci tank is olny about 1 inch longer then my 68/45 bottle. It looks long but it doesn't feel long... No I just need to find a butt plate for it...

I am also looking to use hpa and would like to know where to get the adapter for the VSC asa. also, is it possible to buy a asa with a on-off that will fit a phantom?

If you get a small 13 CUI tank many guys run them right off the vertical just like the 3.5 co2 the 13cui tank is not too much longer than a 3.5 tank.

Especially with a myth regulator.

A 22ci with a myth is still a bit long off of a duckbill for me.

A 22ci with an on off is pretty much good but still a tiny bit long.

A 13 with myth on a duckbill would be great, or even with a standard HPA reg.

They make bottomline adapters for m16 style frames..and for .45 frames. Id get the CCI piece because it fits really well (for either)

22 is really really long off of a duckbill especially without a myth reg.

I concur a 22cui is best with a slight drop forward it is a little longer than a 7oz co2. I find with a very minimal drop fwd that my 22 sits very nice on my phantom.

Actually they have the same diameter as 10oz, 9 oz, 7oz and 3.5oz aluminum tanks, which is sub 2".

They are smaller in diameter than the steel 9oz tanks (round bottom) that you can still find a bunch of.
