Question Picatinny railed vert feed

Does anybody make a Phantom vert feed that has a picatinny instead of the weaver rail? Id use an adapter but they add quite a bit of height.

Horizontal feed? I know the older feedblocks (if that's what you're talking about) had 2 rails on it.

It might be a little taller, but yes, I can do that.

why would it need to be taller? all you have to do is drill a second screw hole so the feed tube either points towards you or points down the barrel. ive seen a few of the stock feedblocks drilled for it, but i like the idea of my 30mm reddot on my phantom.
