He's Phasing out the (lol, Phasing, how fitting) .691 standard barrel for a .688 bore, and the Nickel barrels are now in .686.

They also look hella nice. I don't know if you're like me but I love the look of matte nickel. That's what the Phantom bolts are finished with.
