I use a Lapco Microshot (.681) with detent rings. Works great, better efficiency then the stock barrels (with small paint).

None of the above, just waiting on a U/C kit and an ASP Cocker threaded Roundhead body so I can use my Sly.. god I love that barrel.

I use a Python Kit on my Cocker stuff. They make an adapter that goes Phantom to A/C threads and can include the inserts if you need them. They are reasonably priced too.

Sanchez SM-1 great kit looks sweet and is only $70. Also one of the quietest barrels I have ever shot. And you don't have to buy Smart Parts stuff.

Stock barrel is all you need, anything else is looking for a reason to spend money (in my opinion). Pair it with some form of detent system (Freak boring, ASP detents, ring detents, tape, etc.) and you are set.

Agreed, I used to use a Freak bored barrel, but after getting the ASP Detent mod I will never use anything but the stock barrel. It s a no hassel set up, air up, load paint, and splat faces.

I run the stock barrel, no detent rings and I never have rollout problems. The barrels on newer guns are around .687 anyway
