I use LAPCO Bigshot and Autospirit barrels, and I shoot ball on ball with em.

My choice wasn't quite on there: My ideal setup would be a stock barrel for large paint, with a LAPCO Autospirit & Microshot to round out the set. Though I think these days that most paint is really small anyway...

As Mac suggested on page 2(bottom) that the newer CCI run of stock barrels is .687... I though it was .685, but what's the difference? Seams will usually play a big part as to how a ball relates to the barrel ID.
Still, a stock barrel with 3 well properly applied drops of nail polish has always proved as a worthy alternative to after market barrel equipment.
I currently have access to a Freak kit for my Phantom, but will check if my stock barrel can handle the paint size first.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...

I have actually already picked up a ccm cf kit, and it is awesome. i'll have to try it at the indoor speedball field.

Any barrel (stock is fine) plus a Python kit. The happy medium between Freak inserts and detent rings.

Warning: Years ago, I sent a custom-ano barrel to Punisher to be freak-bored, and besides boring it too deep (my fault for choosing a lousy machinist), he did the job too fast which heated the barrel and changed the color of the ano. So watch out if you start messing with a matching-ano barrel, since you run the risk of it being ruined or the color not matching anymore.

Otherwise, I use a freak-bored stock barrel.
