Phantom 12g Changers and a bobbed valve...

So I was thinking...sometimes I don't like to pay attention to my 12g while I'm playing and this leads to me draining my cartridge, which in turn leads to a bunkering of some kind.

Whimsically I thought, wouldn't it be great to have some sort of backup air supply to use while I'm changing cartridges...

So my question is this:

Would there be any sort of problem if I were to use a bobbed valve with 2 side saddle quick changes on the side ports? Also would check valves in both allow me to fire using gas from the right changer while leaving the left unpressurized? (i.e. without the cap screwed completely down to pierce the 12g)

two changers with check valves should work in theory. But it sounds like an overly complicated setup. Why not just pay attention to your reloads ?

If you side taped a back bottle asa, connected that to a VSC and had bucket changers with check valves you could accomplish the same dual air sources as having dual sidecars w/out the width issues...just another idea i had

wouldn't just 1 12 gram changer and check valve have the same effect? when you use 2 12grams hey will empty them both at the same time.

There used to be a post of said gun on PHOG where someone did dual 12g quick changers on one phantom, it was just a back bottle asa setup with a side tap for a gauge that he ran the hardline off the gauge tap to a vertical SC setup.

what i'm now thinking of you won't need to change your 12gram in game if you have 2
