I got my T2 today and all I can say is WOW. This is my first CCM and it came out nice. I have other pumps that I play with but with the oh so smooth stroke I think I may sell them off and start a new collection of CCMs. Mel, can't thank you enough for your quick replies, your customer service is 2nd to none. If you ever make it out east to Hell Survivors for a big game the first case of paint is on me.

Barrel and grip panels arrived safe and sound.....and apparently unmolested by customs....maybe they just gave up careing:-D

After speaking with Rod again today I decided that I'd make a thread where people can share their appreciation/ stories/ pics of finished products. CCM has the best customer service of any paintball company I have dealt with. Rod took some time to answer my questions and even some about unrelated projects. Responses from other companies have been rude or cold at best. CCM also seems to be one of the more innovated companies at the moment. I love reading about the new sniper thread!

Any ways thanks to all the people at ccm! for performance parts, clamping feeds, awesome pumps, and for being friendly in a sport that has been rather cold as of late!

Called and talked to Rod today.. Let me tell you Mel and Rod are great. CCM has the best customer service out there.

Once again saying a big thank you to CCM. Called up ordered a T Grip for my S6, Mel answered all my " sometimes I sound like a noob questions ", and gave a great tip for taking off the pump rod. THANK YOU CCM!

Thanks CCM! Not only a great product but customer service beyond compare. I now understand just how much care these folks put into what leaves there hands to get into ours. Normally a company would just agree to send you whatever you want to pay for and be happy getting the quick buck, not CCM. CCM and Rod specifically have shown me that they are ready and willing to help me keep my T2 as beautiful as the day it left the shop when I think it's time. I've been known as a gun whore of sorts for a good while but I can say without a doubt that this pump will not be leaving my ownership anytime soon strictly because of the CS CCM provides. Thanks again CCM.

So recently I have been coresponding with Melissa via email about ordering parts and wanting to know prices and and that the parts were in stock. All except the 14" barrel was but yesterday morning I called to place my order and she knew which one it was and had everything almost ready just needing to verify my cc number and address. I have only bought through their ebay store and via email, but that was truely a great experience. That is great customer service.
