Ordered some spare parts from Ccm on Monday through the eBay store, Laurie combined the shipping price and refunded some money without me even asking. Arrived Thursday well packed. Great customer service and speedy service as always. Thanks again to everyone at Ccm.

I sent Mel a PM about getting a 14" barrel and a BUNCH of small parts to build a parts kit. She told me that barrels were going out to ano and she would get back to me. when they were back. I offered to pay ahead of time but she said to wait. She also offered to either send all the small parts right away if I needed them or wait.

Everything came 2 weeks later very well packed and with the quality and service that only CCM can offer.

OK, where to begin...

I've owned a few CCM markers in my day and was aware of the level of quality of their guns but I never had direct contact with CCM or their high level of customer service until now!

All I can say is the smartest thing CCM ever did was make Melissa the "face" of CCM as far as making that initial impression to the customer for what CCM stands for. I was sold on the craftsmanship of CCM markers but now their level of customer service is exemplary! Both Melissa and Laurie made sure that I was completely satisfied with my order(s)

and Melissa called me back multiple times to ensure that the order was to my satisfaction as well as any additional suggestions with my order. Both were extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. Keep up the great work guys and I understand the importance of what goes down in the front of the house as well as the magic that gets created out back!

You know those jerks from CCM sent me something in the mail today.
Someone who will remain nameless, that should know better, used too much red loctite to hold his feedneck adapter on his Brindle Camo T2 (hard to get a matching top tube) and needed to get a top tube that he could get the Cram & Jam Stock Class Feed on the gun.
Well it came in today and matches the Cram & Jam and aluminum grips perfectly (both are dust brown) and they put my nickname on it.
It is that personal touch that makes it that much better.

See isn't she pretty. I do still have the original top tube but it is now set up for open class play.

I just ordered a new T2. When it came, I fell in love. The rail/asa did not fit properly, so I called Mel. Within an hour a new rail and asa were in the mail, no questions asked. The customer service at CCM is simply amazing.

I place orders with CCM all the time...they have the best products & customer service around. I have never had any issues beside not having enough $$$ to keep buying. I love building pumps from bodies...put all CCM stuff on them and they are awesome. I know I will never get back what I put in...but my girls rarely leave home.

Thanks Rod and Mel, you are true masters of your craft! You've restored my Frankenstein to its glory! It looks fantastic and feels phenominal. I know it wasnt part of normal operations from your policy, but I'm glad you had taken mercy on my situation and helped me out. CCM is the best!

Bought an SS-25 off an old Greifer 2 weekends ago. He said it had just sat for 3+ years, it had dust all over it. I took it home, wiped off the dust, ran 2 drops of oil through it and replaced the 2 frontblock o-rings.

This past weekend it shot 10+ people. Chronoed 279, 281, 274.

Thanks for building an awesome pump gun, every time.
