My trigger retaining pin went missing. Talked to Mel and she sent me a replacement right away. Thanks very much.

I emailed CCM last week for a special request. Mel replied within a couple hours and told me to call her the next day. Gave her a call, she wasn't there....But Laurie was!!!

I wanted a new feed neck clamp, with "C.W. 1994-2012" on it to honour a close friend who just passed. Laurie took the order, went over all the info and promised to have it lasered, and sent out that day in hopes to have it before Canadian Carnage. It arrived today, a few days early!!

It's my small way of keeping a close friend, and paintballer who died way too early with me on the front lines where he would want to be. The CCM family went out of there way to accomodate an order that probably made them 0 profit, but meant the world to me. Very few companies would have done this for $10. They treated me like I was buying a few grand worth of custom guns.

Thank you CCM family for helping me honour my friend.

Just want to say that Laurie rocks!!!

A couple weeks ago, I accidentally ordered T2 main springs when I needed Standard ones. They were willing to exchange them and I just pay shipping. Which is very fair enough and should be standard practice for companies. During my correspondence, I decided it was not worth the wait time to return the springs and wait for return shipping. Standard USPS would have been a whole week and a half for me to ship it back, and then wait for them to reship to me.

So what I ended up doing was buying the standard springs and explained to them I would eat the cost on my mistake. They met me halfway on their own accord and without me asking, to not charge me shipping on my order of the standard main springs.

Wanna send a thanks to Rod and Mel, they are always willing to spare some time to answer even the littlest question and not treat you like you are a moron, thats just a huge plus in the customer service department, and keeps me coming back for more CCM goodness.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

Want to give a shout out to Laurie too.

I called in for a special order earlier this month and was talking to her and she asked me what I was up to since she just sent a package to me from my purchase on their eBay store. When I told her she laughed and said Melissa just told her about it. Got my parts in 2 days ago....and just waiting to put my next order in with either of them.

Just received my T2 today in record time. I only waited about two weeks for it, which is incredible. I must say, the whole marker is flawless and turned out even more beautiful than I imagined it would. On another note these inserts are built like tanks. I intend to baby them, but I'm definitely not scared that I'll dent or warp one like I am with my other Freak or iFit kit. Thank you to the whole CCM team for making me one of the best markers I could ever dream of.
