I want to send out a special thanks to Rod, Mel and the rest of the folks there. They went above and beyond to help me with some "S5" internals. My old marker is smoother and better than ever!

Customer service like this is unfortunatly to few and far between these days.

What CCM does as a manufacturing company is not unique. But how they do it, truly is.
When I first started looking at CCM markers I was shocked at the price.

Now after I have educated myself about the company and product,
the value for my dollar is more than fair. The placing of an order was easy,
simple and very user friendly, I know exactly the cost, build time and each
mail or contact has been personal.

My marker is not really a one of kind, but it is being built for me. I like that.

It's has been a pleasant journey of learning, reading, asking questions and choosing the marker and its colors.
And as I am typing this an email from Mel updating me on my marker and I didn't even have to ask for one.

It’s easy to see why CCM markers hold their value on the used market.

Looking forward to the package in the mail.

I agree. Yes, they deliver a high end pump marker for a price that scares off alot of people. But you also need to look beyond the price, the quality, and the product. Service is included in the sale price, and they do this so well indeed. I have bought two markers directly from CCM, and came back for some parts some time later. And they went beyond my expectations to get it the way i want!

The personal touch to their customers is what really drives CCM, without it they would just be another paintball manufacturer. CCM, you rock!

In all seriousness, Rod and I know we are blessed to be doing what we do. We believe in the product we sell and we actually like dealing with our customers first hand. At the end of the day all we can hope it that the folks who spend their hard earned money with us find the whole experience to be worth wild. Lastly, I have said it just about a million times... but CCM would be NOTHING without the continued support of you guys. THANK YOU!

I needed some parts for my S6 and ordered the off the ebay site,although the cup seals were not listed so i called to see about adding one to my order...Bahh Zing, it was done.. This is the best CS in all of paintball....THANKS!!!
