Thanks to the crew at CCM for the help with my J2

Ok Ok I know you have heard it all before, but I will say it again...CCM has the "BEST" customer service in the industry. I acquired a 1 out of 5 camo anno'd 2004 J2L pump and the previous owner stripped the screw that is under the main body in the trigger frame. After several failed attempts to try to remove it myself and fear of damaging the anno, my buddy told me to send it to CCM. Mel was great is getting me the shipping info and told me exactly how the process works.

After talking with Rod a few days later, he explained that due to the rarity of the the anno on my J2 plus the limited space he had to work with, that they were going to make custom plates to surround the screw to make sure they don't do damage to the anno.

Got the call that the surgery went smooth and my J2 is shooting smooth. I opted to get the dust black macro fittings, dust black rev drop rail, and dust black CCM on/off ASA to finish off my J2.

Thanks to the crew at CCM for the extra effort and looking out for my J2 like it was their own marker. Mel I will call you on 1/31 to settle my bill.

CCM many thanks...

I will post pics as soon as I get my marker back.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

Since I'm the previous owner, I wish you would have called me like I asked months ago if there was an issue. Haven't heard from you since you got the gun.
I would REALLY like to see what was stripped that you had difficulty with.
Hope it works well for you.
Brent.
