thanks, so simple and I never thought of it. Keep in mind this is my first non PPS pump in a LONG time.

depends on the length of the barrel he uses, it might not be nearly as difficult as your mind has decided to tell you it is.

thats why i asked him to give it a try, i might be completely wrong, but if i had a gun setup in the way in question, i would do it myself, as i dont, i figured id ask him.. giant swab or not

didn't wait for the weekend and did a quick test this morning , heres how i got it to break used an exacto knife to slice a ball mostly in half then droped it in and fired it, not scientific but quite messy, managed to get acceptable accurracy in about 4-6 shots by just shooting thru it.
Pointing the marker down and pulling the bolt then swabbing from the rear with a redz folding swab cleaned it up to about 2-3 inches from the tip, then a quick swip from the muzzle cleaned it out with out problems but did take about 25-30 seconds.
quick swipe from the muzzle only, seemed to do about the same as swabbing from the breech. I'll try to chop one in the breech tonight and see how it goes tonight

cool. thanks for testing it out, i mean the way i look at it, you wanna swab the intert and there are only 2 ways i can think to do that without pulling the insert out with the swab, remove barrel, remove bolt, swab barrel, swab body from front to back
or remove bolt, swab entire thing

If you have a brain fart and double pump ( I admit I do this far to often) often times the result will be a paint explosion. I have been using Evil all summer...

Crappy paint or not.

*Again, it was a great idea, rather than pulling through, just go in through both sides with the barrel still attached. Not perfect, but its an ingame break, worry about perfection when your back at the staging area.
