AFAIK you should be able to just bolt it right on with the exception of the actuator arm. If you have an older style S6 you can use a different VASA and a front block and should be able to put it together no problem.

My S6 is an older version, just ordered a fresh front block and a bunch of stuff for it real cheap. I'll let you know what happens. From the looks of it, it doesn't need to be milled if you have the old version with the removable vertical asa/guide rod. I stuck some random parts on it and it didn't look like anything was out of place.

Only time will tell.

I don't know if he did milling on a S6, but I know he did asa milling on a J2L body.

I'm pretty sure he did S6 front block milling, I saw the body up for sale a few months ago, and I regret not buying it then. What did the J2L ASA milling involve? Rail?

He milled the front flat to fit a front block and he milled out the integrated ASA (like the S6B ASA - that is part of the body) so a three way actuating rod would clear.
