I still hate the reg setup on the "older" style CCM guns. Why not transfer the newer longer reg to the other bodies?

I wish I could buy CCM guns without regs and ASAs... would be PERFECT.

Though wouldnt the new fittings fix the reg problem with the "6" generation of guns?

Yeah, I am not sure how it would look with a longer ASA. With the newer style frames you don't have to take the frame completely off, just slide it back a bit.

That's a good thought on the fittings. I'll let you know when mine show up

Were you unable to get it with the s6 style pump handle plate and the clear handle? or was it just something you forgot to request.

I love the scheme, and it matches the s6 wonderfully. You make me want one so badly, unfortunately I have not mastered a way to use more than 1 at a time... and my T2 and S5 are already sharing field time...

The clear pump handle wasn't in stock so they sent the black one until they have more clear ones. A stand-up move in my opinion...No one likes waiting for toys. I assumed the S6.5 would come with the S6 backplate. I think you would have to talk to Mel about availability when you order. I mentioned to Mel that I was surprised that it didn't come with the S6 plate and we got it all worked out. I am getting a silver plate to sexify the hotness.

the issue your speaking about is the macro fitting bumping into the trigger guard?

the issue isnt with the reg its the vertical adapter, the one on the T2 is about a 1/4th of an inch longer.. i have a ccm reg that dates back to 03, and the peices are interchangeable with the current regs, thus the air lines go in at the same spot..

i have a 6.5 with the new fitting coming in tomorrow, ill take a pic, and let you know if the new fittings provide clearance
