ahhh copycat :-P

they probably dont fit because they threaded their own parts, so that they can match the tolerances a lil more precisely, other companies have different thread depths at which things will seal.. which is why they are coming out with universal fittings..
there is a distinct possibility that the fittings might work in a large variety of regulators.. but i cant think of many things that would be more frustrating than spending $30 on some fittings that wont seal on your stuff.. wait a lil while and there will be some that are guaranteed to work

I'm guessing loctite will work too? If anyone can confirm, that'd be awesome.

just use teflon. you dont want the fitting to be permanently stuck on there..

green or blue Loctite is easily removable... just do not use red! If it is a part you remove often, go green.

According to the Loctite website you need localized heat and hand tools to remove Green 290,,, the Blue 242 only requires hand tools and is used for parts that are serviced often...

Weblink to Green : Loctite Threadlocker Green 290 from Loctite Adhesives

Weblink to Blue : Loctite Threadlocker Blue 242 from Loctite Adhesives

I always use Blue 242 on all my fittings and set screws...

I stand corrected! thank you!... I always use blue, I had been told green had an easier to break seal. I was told incorrectly, sorry to spread false information!

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.
