If he tight bores his paint in the morning, then it swells, it's likely to drop in velocity. There's a range in which underboring works.

I noticed my T2 dropped the other day during a game. I checked the ASA on/off and it had backed off just a bit. Quick easy on field fix. Now I check it before each game.

Well, if you want to find out if the IVG moves during the day, make a dot with a permanent marker on the IVG, adjust velocity and remember where that dot sits, then check the dot's position after you realized a change in velocity.

I have found that if the bore swells - I get a jump in velocity to a point - then it just breaks in the barrel.

All shiny new internals and the same problem. Chrono around 285 for a bout 5 ish shots and then winding down 20 fps each shot after until I am stuck in the 220's.

Not temperature
Not dirt on the hammer
Not dirt in any part of the gun
Not missing any oring the IVG is not moving at all.
Not bore sizing or paint as it happens with all paint and all barrels.
Not HPA no issues with other them used on other guns.

I think its time to send it in for an overhaul.

Oh something else to add my teammates T2 is doing the same thing but he ends up shooting down to much lower. We have the same guns but different regs, his is stock mine is a sidewinder.

I would give it to a competent tech, or send it back to CCM for sure.

This happened with my s6 a couple weekends ago while using All Stars. They got so tight, they wouldn't come out of their tighter than tight bore

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...

Run the hammer dry, Lube the reg. Nothing else should cause this problem unless you are using bad/mix matched paint.

the last time i played with my t2 it was 20 degrees all day and after the gun got cold it was having chrono problems like crazy, even cleaning the hammer and checking the reg didnt help it.

i notice that the hammer was dragging like crazy and the bolt, even after i cleaned the tubes and with or without gun oil.

my theory, aluminum shrinks at a different rate in cold than stainless and delrin. the tolerances are soo tight that its squeezing the hammer and delrin.

and a couple of my teammates have the same problem when its below 20 all day.

one the gun sits inside and warms up for a couple hours it shoots fine again

and this is only with t2's and 6.5's
