CCM regulator parts

I want to replace the black (plastic) internal regulator part. Anyone know where to buy separate parts of the regulators? Thanks in advance.

Top and bottom looks chewed-up and uneven.

You can get full rebuild kits in thier ebay store or by calling them direct.

CCM InLine Regulator Rebuild Kit - 7G0003 - eBay (item 150464181114 end time Aug-04-10 13:10:45 PDT)

I picked one up for an old CCM reg i got on a gun that someone was using some harsh oil in, fixed it right up.

Looks like someone kept turning in the adjuster and crushed the piston. I found that inside a CCM reg I got in a trade.

I contacted CCM by email and ordered a replacement.

I'll probably do that, as I only need the one piece and not the whole kit.

If you get a answer and possibly a price could you post it here, I have the exact same thing going on. It looks like the long end has been crushed and no matter what I do the reg wants to creep.

Problem solved. It was installed as shown (upside down) and used. I never got around to opening up this reg after picking up the marker used. I flipped the piston the right way, pushed the top across some 1000grit paper. Its tight, but holds solid at 300psi. Now to score some new fittings

Did you ever just turn it over? I am fairly sure those have two sides now that work in case you crush the first side.

Yep, flipped it and sanded it very lightly on a flat surface. Its tighter but holds steady on 300. No I can save up for the slick macro fittings.
