My NEW, old J2

Here's what I recently acquired...2003 CCM J2 in it's original configuration...

and after finding a really hard to acquire 04 J2 Double finger Swing frame, plus a new Mini CP Rail, and Minion ASA with on/off, Red CCM cocking rod, Red CCM feedneck,...and a SLY Carbon Fiber Barrel...Sooooo much lighter...This is what she looks like...

Gorgeous, just such a shame that it's drilled.

I'm not quite sure what the big deal is about whether a body is drilled or not...Body was drilled at factory by CCM...What makes an undrilled one worth more seems idiotic to my line of thinking...but hey, what the heck do I know?

And thanks for the compliment...she's not done yet...still looking for other Gloss(polished) Red parts to accent her...

and with the New Red CCm Reg.

Hmmm, A Gloss red J2 Backblock or Pump Plate would def complete the look...What do you think? This thing is sooooo much lighter after replacing a few parts...This things pump stroke is smoother then my S6, if you can believe that...There is not a scratch or a single flaw on this J2 anywhere.

I agree...Original J2's not so easy to come by, a Gloss Red 03 Backblock I'd imagine is going to be hard to come by...Probably just easier to have it annod. Or, if I knew someone who was getting a marker anno'd gloss red, I could give them a few bucks to include my backblock with their pieces...Hmmm, not a bad idea. I could simply use any Gloss Red Back block that would fit...

and now, with the New Kapp Gloss Red Backblock...couldn't get a CCM one...Not made any longer...I think it looks pretty good...Whole marker is considerably lighter now then when I bought it in its original configuration.

all that's left is possibly a Gloss Red Pump plate....

Took it out to the field this past Sunday, Picasso Lake Paintball in Berlin NJ...worked flawlessly
