CCM LPR rebuild

Do ya'll have a diagram or something for the CCM LPR? I have a rebuild kit from you guys and this LPR that needs the work but I don't want to assume anything (not my marker) so I wanted to check in.

Mostly it's self explanatory but I was looking to see how to get the poppet O ring out, and make sure our terminology is the same.

Simple enough but I like to be over-sure. I checked all the manuals in the sticky and skimmed videos. Went 3 pages back in this sub-forum, as well, so sorry if I missed it somewhere.
