CCM t2 on co2 (for tournament)

Hey guys. So, this Sunday. Me and my team are playing a 40 ball limit tournament. Since it's so little paint, I wanted to keep a light setup. However, I don't have a 13/3000ci tank. If I were to use a 12oz co2 tank just for Saturday and Sunday. Does anyone think it would damage my t2? I mean, it's 40 balls a game. Since I'm shooting slow, it's not like co2 liquid will be running through my gun. Let me know what you guys think!

go to a Co2 regulator forsure , it will help reduce the chance of liquid.

I wouldn't think that it would be a problem. If you are that worried about it and you can borrow or own one you could throw a female stab on there.

Another Option might be, though someone that knows these guns better than I do to verify it. You could run it without the reg and just use the bottle vertically (if this is going to require respringing for high pressure or anythign like that it's really not worth it).

See you Sunday!

AKA Fan
or if you have the fixings, an antisiphon tube would help alleviate your concern

a stab (female, or male) would also be a good idea, if your concerned about Co2

I wouldn't do it. One time I talked to Rod he said the T-2 was designed for nitro only. I may just be paranoid but I wouldn't take the chance. You may damage the valve. I could be wrong though. I'd call CCM and talk to them directly. Feyd.............

How can a pump be designed strictly for HPA? I'm curious....

And God replied, “Just wait and see the neighbors I shall inflict upon them.”

I couldn't tell ya Bro? Maybe the holes in the valve are smaller? Not sure. But I do remember him telling me something like that. That's why I would call Mell or Rod and ask. At the end of the day I'd rather be safe than sorry. Feyd.............
