Get this case and use your original CCM shipping foam

Mel,

You can get these hard-shell aluminum tool cases under a whole bunch of different brand names - including Plano - that fit your original CCM shipping foam almost perfectly. They're very slightly smaller, which actually is good as once you've placed the foam in it's stuck in there pretty good. You have to play with it a bit to get it to lay out all nice-like and not kinked, and add an additional piece of foam to fill out the lid of the case to ensure no movement whatsoever. Comes with lockable latches.

These are about 20 bux CDN at Wal-Mart (Plano), but I got this one at RONA - the Canadian equivalent of (and competitor to) Home Depot. Not sure if there's minor variations in the interior dimensions between the various brands, but my "ProCase by ToolTech" works wicked.

Another option to those suggested, and employs your foam thereby reducing landfill waste (sorry, I'm captain reduce/re-use/recycle).
