wow, the only thing that comes to mind is the springing,
if i were you id have ccm send out a new valve and main spring. Ive never had luck with the aftermarket spring kits with ccm lowers,
My s5 is setup with 325psi output on the ccm reg, and ivg in 2-3 turns. i get 5 pods and a hopper out of a 70/45 with a conquest regulator on it outputting 450psi.

Springing is the only thing that comes to my mind also. Thinking about swapping out the lower tube entirely, if the CCM lowers don't like non-CCM springs. 5 pods and a hopper would be all I'd ever need, if that.
