Well, with the snipers (pump cockers) theres really not alot to go wrong. How much air is coming out of the barrel? Is it a small leak, or will it drain a bottle in under 20 seconds? If you cock it, air it up, and its still leaking? Then you may have to take it apart. The valve spring may be shot, or the cup seal.

Try a few drops of oil in the ASA when you air it, you can put a good 4-5 drops in, maybe more. Air up, pump, shoot, pump, shoot, pump, shoot.

Any type of PB oil is fine. As long as its an oil, not a grease.

My guess is ur valve seal is leaking or the entire valve is bad.

First, tighten the jam nut. Second increase reg pressure. Third play. Those are almost always my problems.

Before taking the gun apart I would definitely try to get hold of a reg tester. You don't need a bleed valve but it's nice to have. All you really need is an ASA and a gauge. Please, before you start tearing it down, check the pressure coming out of your reg. It could be a very simple fix with the slight turn of an allen key.
