I know with my personal T2 i can get over 200 off of a good 3k fill on my 13ci.
That is after you get the gun sweet spotted. If I remember right mine is set between 300-350psi (can't remember off the top of my head)

maybe 200. Not a ton.

You need an air gauge to set it up properly. Set to 300 PSI output and go from there.

Well, work your way through the tuning and TF's videos and if you are still having problems let me know, you still have your free clean/tune!

It is possible but it will take longer to do and will use more air.

Easiest thing to make a "reg tester" for your T2 is an old ASA and a 0-600PSI gauge. If you want to splurge you can even get a venting ASA.
I have been known to use Ions to set my pressure for the T2 but I also go to 250 PSI, just so then I don't blow the gauge.

I try look after the Thunder Bay area CCMs. There are times like yesterday where I had a problem that baffled even myself and I had to talk to Rod to get some direction
and yea Maverick, Canadian CCM owners should stick together.
