Sportshot in Winchester feedneck?

Any luck with this? I am trying to decide if I want to get a regular feedneck or Winchester feedneck to use with my CCI SC hopper adapter, but I would like to be able to use both a Winchester and the new Sportshot.

I just put a little electrical tape on my Winchester hoppers, I would go with the standard feedneck personally and just use some tape on smaller necks. Some people cringe at this idea however, and panties become bunched, but in all honesty, if you do it right, you won't ever see it and it has never let me down, and I run my CCM's exclusively with Winchesters besides my semi S5, and after many many cases of paint, I have not had any issues at all.

Soften the winchester feedneck with hot air gun or just the hot air from a torch and flare it with a broom stick or something less crude.

Or since you're local, contact 2slow4me for an aluminum winchester feedneck adaptor.

Cool. I will go with the standard size so I don't restrict myself at all.

Thanks guys.

One more question, should I get a NoPro or a NoRise for primarily Winchester use (with Sportshot occasionally). Would the lower feedneck just crush the thin plastic as it is gripping less?

I doubt it would crush the feedneck where it would hurt anything or cause problems. I would say that is mostly up to which one you think looks better. I personally have never loved the look of super stubby feednecks but many do like them.
