I agree whole heartedly about not reading the description; people don't pay enough attention. The title is a bit misleading because it does say "Autococker Pump." However, my biggest peeve with stuff like this is with the picture. How hard is it to take the item off and get a picture of it only? It requires very little effort and removes all doubt. Are people really that lazy to take a good quality picture? If someone doesn't make the effort to properly display the product, I move on. Maybe that's just me, but I've passed on tons of items because of that. All one has to do is present the item how they'd like to see it as a buyer.

The title also states "dust black ccm t2 10" barrel .679 autococker pump ".

The barrel is a cocker threaded barrel, not just a T2 barrel. As I read the title, I assume for sale/auction is a t2 w/ 10" barrel. The description is horrible. Why have "pump" in the description at all and then there is a t2(pump) in the pics. I guess pump guns are more accurate because they use different barrels?

Only at the very bottom of the description does it state "barrel only". The description should read "CCM 10" Cocker Barrel w/ .679 insert".

Why else would someone bid $150+ for a $40 barrel?

Because they didn't read the description like they're supposed to?

Sure, the title isn't as precise as it should be, but eBay titles often aren't an exacting description of what you're getting anyways. Its a must to read the description.

And I don't fault the pictures, either. Many times, people like to see what a barrel is going to look like mounted.

Look, I'm not saying the combination of the title and pictures isn't leaving the door open for deception. But nowhere does he claim to actually be selling a T2 - he clearly states the auction is for barrel only. People have to read the description of what they put bids on. Its foolish not to.
