I read that earlier and was under the impression that many CCM's are pretty inefficient. Autocockers are known for doing better than most of the numbers in that thread, and CCM's are pumps. That means there is no LPR or tight timing to decrease efficiency. I know my Sniper II with stock lower internals gets better efficiency than things posted in the thread. It seems that CCM's valve train was meant to allow for a light pump stroke more than efficiency.

Hmmm - I find that I can get 8 pods and a hopper out of a full 45/4500 in normal play. I think this is not only damned good - but with the pump stroke to boot - it is a great compromise.

I put together a LOT of snipers in my time and never got one with much better efficiency than 8 pods.

What are you getting on yours - and how did you test it? I am not doubting you - I would just love to see what you get and how you know.

1300+ at ~300fps on a 45/4500 is actually pretty good. Looking through that thread, most people would be getting around 1500 shots from a 68/4500. My AKA autococker is about the same as your s6.5 at around 2000 shots with a slow filled 68/4500. This is from playing, not from any real testing.

Mini,

Frankly mine is from doing the math - with not so accurate gauges. So who knows for sure!

I think these numbers are pretty close though to what I see on field.

I'm sorry I was not clear, half blocks don't need a beaver tail.

Back to the original point or question. Why are our frames threaded for beaver tails?
They are drilled for the S-6 and other AC guns.

The T2 does not have the hole for a beaver tail because it is a special frame that just fits the T2

The 6.5 has a beavertail frame because we don't make a frame just for the 6.5. That would be to much inventory.

So no,half blocks don't need a beaver tail.

Maybe we should just stamp "oil" around that hole. It would probably make people feel better if there was just a hole to squirt oil into

that will actually help you gun run much leaner. Just back off the ivg and reg.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...

Then the reg should just spin off.

I honestly dont know why I never thought to do that lol, thank you! And I think I will get a new reg top anyways.
