unregged T2

I saw a post on here some where about CCM having a valve for the T2 that would allow the T2 to run on unregged Co2. Or am I thinking of something else?

Maybe you're thinking of the thread about a S6.5 on 12grams, in which someone suggested buying a PPS high pressure/low turbulence cocker valve.

Your probably thinking of the Palmers LT, they are great CO2 valves, and about the only Palmers item I would buy again next to thier reg's.

Devil's advocate here, why unregged? Why not just buy a PPS Stabilizer and run regulated CO2? Then you can keep the internals the way they are and with a stabilizer you can switch back and forth between CO2 and HPA with no changes required other than a turn of the ivg.

Just my 2 cents

I actually run co2 and hpa now on my T2 and oddly enough I dont have to adjust anything when I switch from 1 to the other. I was just looking at running 12ies with out a reg when I play stockclass.

Swapping out valves would almost be a necessity, definetly spring swapping would be mandatory if you removed the reg for running any air source unless its around 300psi. I would just pick up something like the CCI asa/stock adaptor, run it with an L or T Stock and a 12g changer in the asa, should work well. That would be a lot of work to go from direct to stock feed to change valves and springs.

Apparently, 2K+ cockers, and guns based off of them, actually are more efficient on regged 12 grams.

Snipers on 12 grams / on CO2 Discussion

yes, but the problem is, and i can sympathize, wanting to run the 12 gram changer as the vertical part, and a stickfeed of some sort, making it a self contained unit, like a phantom, beats having anything extra attached to the bottom of the grip

exactly what I'm looking at! I love my T2 but miss my phantom when playing stockclass. So I'm looking at trying to combine the best of both worlds.

Run the reg and bucket changer side by side?
