Wait - I am a little lost here.

It leaks when you cock it - but when you shoot it - it stops leaking?

Or does it leak all the time?

You checked the reg to ensure that the it is at 300 - 350 and not dropping or leaking?

The only other thing that makes sense is the valve body or valve pin. Is it leaking down the barrel?

i cock it
i air it up
it purges air down the barrel.
i shoot it
no change, still purging
recock it, still purging

i put the reg tester on it, it said it was at 900, went huh, purged the reg tester (to let it back off if it needed) it went to 300. i gassed the reg up again and it stayed at 300, so the 900 was a 1 time thing

tried 300/350 with the ccm reg ^

grabbed out a brand new bob long reg, set it at 300/350 and no change

i have brand new ccm springs in it.
i have new orings on the valve/stem
valve is in correctly
i am lost.

Do you have a new valve pin? It has to be leaking there.

Or if there was a 900 Psi surge in the gun it blew the valve O-ring. I know maybe, but if it surged once when you had the reg tester on it, it could have done it before. Feyd........

Well, I had this happen, but not a CCM. Just a standard 04 sniper. The reg got biassed some how and destroyed the valve. the valve stem was bent out o shape after that.
