You can get solid carbon fiber rod but it doesn't have the look of the traditional carbon fiber er everyone is used to seeing which is carbon fiber woven cloth formed and sealed into its shape. Solid carbon fiber/composite rod is pretty heavy, and abrasive, delrin is far superior for this, carbon rod is rough on tooling 100x more so than delinquent, or more, delinquent machines so nice.

Probably not. The pockets for the pump plate leave thin walls which will break when bumped.

So far the only way we have found that works is using polycarbonate (Lexan)

but that material is not as clear as acrylic and the material cost about 3 times as much as acrylic.

Dof in the photo is a little shallow, so it's hard to tell, but this new handle will be ribbed like its "parents" right? Color me curious, I'm not sure what to think just yet. I just love the t-grip so much.

What I appreciate about CCM is their vision to partner with the pump community for feed back. This is yet another winner for CCM. (Sorry marker was well played and never cleaned as it should be). The grip is extremely comfortable. Because it sits lower, you are able to sight down both sides of the barrel (when shooting left or right hand) and not have to worry about your fingers getting in the way.
