ccm lower internals autococker

Hey, I got the lower internals kit and now about 90% of my shots vent, or the hammer doeant hit the cup seal pin hard enough and its just a small popping noise. The valve and everything are in fine, I just don't know the problem

Also, the problem won't stop no matter how much I turn the ivg in, or change the reg pressure

Give ccm a call. One on one chat is better than us trying to help remedy whatever is going on via the forums.

Is the hammer moving freely in the lower tube, or is it a tight fit?

Kinda on the same topic, any one know how a stock valve would perform with ccm valve springs and hammer? Differences between the valves?

This is the answer. Make sure it can depress the valve stem all the way without it aired up and just using your hand pushing in on the cocking rod. I would wager that you cannot.

Actually i can. It cocks and strikes just fine without air, but with air, it doesn't.

Also, before this problem, it would vent after most shots too.
