Ok... i got home from work at 6am... pulled the gun out once the wife left for work (supposed to be painting baby room haha!) ... Looked over the reg again to see if im missing something... changed the oring.. relubed (hater sauce).. reset to flush for now. checked tank pressure.. sitting at 2500 psi in the tank.. checked the out put pressure. right around 840-850.... small leak... damn!... pulled the reg apart again... so i decided to wipe the inside of the bottom half of the reg to see if any small debries at the bottom. lubbed spring. and applied a very small amount to the outside walls on the top of the bottom half. left the oring and top piston dry... no leak... wtf! lol!!!. Now is it safe to run the reg slightly dry? this marker only has about 1 - 1.5 cases through it .. Purchased in jan. i know cold weather isnt nice to break in guns at. But this is the only marker i really play with and cant help the chicago winters.

Could have been a lot of things - you could have gotten out a small shaving or something that you didn't get the first two times. If it works - don't jack with it!

Sorry! I guess I should have read the rest of the thread. All is well that ends well. Glad things are dialed in with your gun.
