SR-1 App idea

Ok so I dabbled in app building over the past couple of years. My goal was to get noticed by the Agency and parlay it into a promotion, that along with my incredible demeanor. Well it all worked out so now I'm thinking about building an app for the SR1. My idea is to utilize GPS location services similar to electronic Battle Ship sonar.

Each sniper would be equipped with an SR1 mounted iPhone. The purpose would be to hunt down eachother based on GPS location services. In essence you would be hunting little dots that represent each mark. I am thinking color changes to represent 100/50/25 meters. Maybe yellow flashing to orange to red.

I would love to incorporate this into a big game where Snipers can shoot anyone but only Snipers can take out Snipers. If a Sniper is hit by other than it simply doesn't count.

I tend to get very creative and sometimes lose track of practicality so I am asking, what do you all think of the SR1 Sniper App idea?

I actually like that idea. I'd hope for android compatibility though. No iphone here.

We were talking about using the IPhone as the sighting system.

There is now a zoom app.

We are making for a customer an attachment for microscopes,telescopes plus the Iphone attachment.

So you would actually use the iphone for your sighting system.You could record your shots post up live feed ect.

that would be cool.

I am so feening for some sort of application/device that allows me to record range shooting with my iphone mounted unto my marker. If even for ghits and siggles.

If I can use my iphone as a viewfinder - double bonus points!
