Caution to those who plan on getting a CCM

Owning a CCM invites a strong Paparazzi presence. Anybody who knows a little bit about pump will want to paw, fawn over or generally leg hump your marker. Owning a CCM is like dating a hot celebrity.

Seriously I heard "Oh sh__ is that a CCM?" on 4 different occasions had a bunch of different people who asked to hold it. Followed by the requisite, "Oh man that is sooooo smooth!"

Anyone else get this reaction at their local field?

P.S: CCM marketing is built into their engineering

Yep. Happens to me all the time. Everyone has to look closer, hold it, shoot it.

People always love my CCM's but not so much when i am shooting at them with em.

Another warning. Owning a CCM also has a tendency to cause all your other markers to go unused or to be sold off.

Yep, from 10 down to 3. And all 3 have various forms of CCM goodness

I started with one CCM pump kit equipped sniper then got a full CCM, then 6 more, had 6 for a while and am now down to only 3. I have streamlined my lineup a bit and I can't say I am glad i did really.......I miss my CCM baby's.

I never have that issue because I tell people they can't use my S6.5 (gift from the wife). I put an end to that before it started

CCM doesn't do a whole lot of media marketing unlike some larger companies who hype everything to oblivion.

"Marketing is only necessary when your product is no good."
"Your product should sell itself."

Also love that look on their face when they pump a CCM for the first time like a gorilla and look astounded and then instantly switch to a light baby touch.
