Yep.

Nope. But it won't hurt.

It is a considerable amount of weight. each piece the optic and the fsr weighs 1lb.
However the trade off is being able to see and kill anything within a 100 yard bubble of wherever you sit with repeatable precision.
I'll take the trade.
The scope pictured is a Tiberius 4x32 with adjustable parallax.
It works well.

Couldn't agree more. Also good to see someone who knows his equipment. You're the first player I've run across who knows that the adjustment dial on that scope is for parallax.

I am a gearheadophile. I must know all the ins and out of everything I take into the field with me. Otherwise I can't figure out a way to screw it up.

LOL. Of all the years I've been playing with a dot sight (17+), I've never taken a shot like that. I've had an objective lens or two of an ADCO 30mm blown out (but covered under warranty) but, never took a shot to the ocular (back) end.

It is hard to see in this picture but the right side adjustment wheel and the riser base each have lines etched in them.
When you click them the wheel between lines 1 and 2 there are a total of 3 adjustment points.
Point one being all the way level, adjustment click point 2, adjustment click point 3 with 2nd line, etc. all the way up to 18 adjustment point.
I may buy some glow in the dark model paint and paint the lines for easier visibility.

Total weight of optics and riser together is 2lbs. according to my scale(analog)

Dawg can you hook with AJ and get a side by side comparison of version 1 and 2? Maybe even a full fledged review.
