CCM 'simulator' for marker colors?

So I'm kinda getting dreamy about CCMs and I know I can't order a T2 until at least Christmas but I'm wondering if you guys have a sort of mock up thing for your markers that lets you select the color of each marker part and see the outcome? Or do you just have to guess? Oh, and on a side note, do your T2's come with T grips like on the empire sniper?

I was thinking/hoping the same thing.

Next best thing is going to CCM's facebook page and browsing their gallery.
Doesn't give you every layout, but gives you a very nice assortment of color relationships.

The short answer is no. What you are asking about doesn't exist (to my knowledge.)

The closest thing I can think of is the "carter machine" sight. There you can select a marker and manipulate ~20 different colours. Splash, fade, solid colour combos. It isn't exactly what you are looking for but you can see how various colours look together

Spec ops had some sort of flash program they used to make a custom vest with
I dont think it would be too hard to make one for a CCM marker if I knew how to program flash.

It would be cool to be able to mock up a marker using the different colors, frankly tying to deiced what colors I wanted was the hardest part.

I found this on Ops Gear

it would be really neat to be able to do something like this, the logistics would be a pain though

you would need all possible parts, pictured in the exact same light, at the exact same angle, with the exact same exposure.. you would need 2x pictures per color that CCM offers, preferrably in an assembled body, and then you would need to shop each item out individually, and then make something in flash that allows you to section off zones in a picture, and apply a certain group of photos to that picture in pre-defined areas.. and make sure you condense the whole thing down into a couple megs so that it doesnt crash your browsers cache..

its a TALL order.. but its not an impossible one, you could do mix and match bodies, IF you did 22 individual photos, not re using the same part, ANY time, you would have all of the info you need (for one body, and one feedneck/frame type) each different feedneck would add another 22 pictures, each frame would add another 22, and each body type (in the case of the T2) would add 22 (but on the plus side, you could re-use parts at this point). there is one HUGE glaring problem with all this though, CCM makes guns to order, and im positive certain parts, have yet to be annodized all 22 available finish/color options

its not like they have 10 of each type and each color laying around

sure if your a photoshop guru you can alter the tints and stuff in there which would make it a reality sooner (like what carter did), but nothing replaces the real thing

it is call imagination here is how it works.
read the list of colors
close your eyes
think about the colors you want
place them on the marker of your choice

the other method is Facebook. CCM has just about all the colors on there.

CCM doesn't guarantee finish matches batch to batch since ano varies... I imagine that this would also be a barrier for them, as they can't guarantee that every dust blue is going to look like the pictures. That and an animated mock up never really looks like you're going to get anyway. You're best off going through the CCM picture thread to get an idea of what you're going to get.
