We need to organize a trip to an event and get as many of these in one place as we can. I am down to do some traveling with the SR1. I live between Oneonta and Binghamton NY.

If i had more notice, and my SR1 i would likely make the trip. I might have time to play some ball locally this weekend, for the first time this year. I havent had much time, my summers have been jam packed this year so far, and last year. Keeping myself busy,

We travel north to Boston once or twice a year.
We are always at OXCC home field events in MD, that field is about 2 and a half hours south of NYC.
Maybe we can hook up then.

IMHO, it would be slick to get an elevated bolt down riser that is custom fit to the receiver

a mount on a mount with a mount seems kinda Xzibit

Thats what we said Doc, but the swann sleeve does put my red dot in perfect position for good cheek weld without a adjustable sight riser or 2" tall rings. I can see out of the red dot wearing my flex and am working to get it zeroed.

It sits about halfway down the hand guard instead of on top of the receiver.
