Hey crimson your kills bring up a good point if I can go a little off topic. What advice if any can you give foe ensuring the people you shoot from that far away actually walk to the dead box. Like would it be prudent for you to have a dedicated ref just for you. But than him standing next to you might give ur pos away

And what's the ref going to do? Stand there with a pair of binoculars, then hop on an ATV to go call the guy out? Pretty much have to rely on people's own honor, I know, what a concept

He could radio the opposing teams reff to yank the player. I dunno that's why I asked his advice. And I'd rather not rely on anyone own anything humans in general are unreliable that's why we have rules

we have similar issues when we pop a structure at 100 yards with a nerf

I think a wipe from a FSR hit is not as bad as a wipe from a regular paintball hit if playing against dishonest players. At least you know you made a 1 in a million shot. Better yet if you have it on camera/recorded. The worst part about playing against a wiper is after you eliminate him he then returns fire and "eliminates" you.

Its HIGHLY unlikely he will be able to counter-eliminate you from 100+ feet out.... lol if he does then he might deserve to be remain in the game....lol

Either way, it gives you an opportunity to make that 1 in a million shot again!

I was plenty used to relying and being disappointed back when I'd backshoot an individual with one shot and they'd go scurrying off to some other corner of the field. It adds a bit more frustration when you just wasted $.40 on an individual. That being said, it's good to see that it's still the majority of folks who will call themselves out. It's just not as big of a margin that most people would expect.

Unfortunately, at every big game I've gone to, players are forbidden from transmitting on, or listening to the ref's channels. Also, at 100yards it can be damn hard to have clear evidence of a break on someone. Personally, I rely on the eliminated player and sometimes, their reactions make it all worthwhile.

I think you guys are really missing the point of a long ball. It's personal satisfaction. Regardless of the marks action I am personally satisfied that I nailed the sucker.

In all honesty if someone knows you long balled them the usually walk the field to congratulate you before walking to the dead zone.
