I have to laugh. Every time I use my SR-1, I get "I would buy it if it was mag fed or hopper could be attached." Or " I see no market for that unless its semi."
People just don't get it, or the fact that you can still play a nasty game one ball at a time.
Got to love the SR-1.

But after shipping to the UK and then the extra tax etc.
Then the possibility of customs not letting it through.
Just not worth the risk.

I remember being in the Marine Corps on Range day - you stand BELOW where the round strikes - and pull down the target to see how the shooter did.

It was so crazy to hear all the different sounds the round made striking the bank in the back ground - but I think the most disturbing was the lack of noise the bullet itself often made.

Thats the price if you want to buy it. Everything has a price, and that is mine for my gun. It is the first one,the first left hand model, it is an unserialized prototype, and there are only 20 of them in the entire world with no promises that there will ever be more made. Therefore it is incredibly rare and the price is reflected as such.
