CCM Internals standard vs half-block, difference?

Hi folks, I'm putting CCM internals in my latest pump build and I just want to make sure, what is the difference between the standard and half-block kits? Is it just that the hammer is slotted?

yes, the difference is that the half-block kits come with the hammer slotted.

OK awesome. With the reduced weight of the slotted hammer, will there be any velocity issues using the stock spring configuration in the kit?

No different than any other kits. CCM internals are the cat's pajamas.

Great to hear. I think I made the right decision with spending the extra $$ on CCM internals as opposed to something purely cosmetic like new grip panels (those can wait).

Are you trying to ask "Is the 1/2 block Hammer threaded for a cocking rod"

Also IIRC I think the 1/2 block hammer weight more than the full bodied hammer. There are extra pieces of metal on the back of the 1/2 block hammer.

Your best bet would be to call Mel to make sure.

T2 hammer Notice how it is longer than the normal WGP hammer. I don't recall the CCM Full body hammer.

The CCM S6 hammer @2:34

The half block kit comes with a heavier hammer, and a lighter hammer spring

Hmmm, if that's the case then I might have some adjusting to do because I went ahead and bought the full-body kit instead of waiting for the half-block kits to come back in stock...
