You don't want to have to remove the stock at the chrony.
Depends on the stock, really. With my standard A2 style all I have to do is loosen the top screw, pull back and twist and I can access the adjuster. Not any more of a pain in the *** than chrono'ing a pistol-gripped DSG with no EVA.

I will hopefully be making some of my own sizers. I may make some out of brass just for fun.

I did the samething to Trinity's stock except I put the tape on the tube.

Is it still working Trinity?

On the collaspable stock I just drilled a hole in the plate.
Works like a charm. In fact it is the only reason I have hesitated in ordering my Magpul PRS. The tape on the buffer tube makes the securing stock screw unnecessary and velocity adjustment very easy. Although I have to say, once you get the velocity where you want it, you don't have to play with velocity much.

I'm thinking 9 shells would be a minimum load out

How much for 6 more?

You guys are nuts. I'll take a small MOLLE pouch filled with loose FS and a locked shell in the breech, thank you

Im debating doing PVC sizers... This way I can "cachunk" the shell and not worry about finding is again.
