S6.5 leak

Hey guys, I just got my new S6.5 and when I screwed on the tank air started to leak. How do I fix this? Not sure if its because my Regulator was not screwed on fully or a macro line leak. Please help

Silly question...... or maybe not........ But did you make sure you pumped it before you added air to it?

It's leaking from the Asa or macroline

"Pump" means to move the pump kit backwards and forwards.

If the S6 is leaking from the macroline/asa area check the condition of the orings on the macroline fittings and the asa and replace them of they are worn.

I don't believe they loctite the fittings when they are new. They do that so you can change what side the fitting is on. Put either Teflon tape or blue loctite on the macro fitting and plug.

By pump first he means that you have to pump the gun before you gas it up. If you don't the hammer sits against the valve and air vents out of the barrel.

I'm not sure it works because its when I put the tank in my Asa and I try to turn the Asa knob does it leak. Sorry if this is a stupid statement.

You'll have to narrow down where it is leaking from, the macro fitting, plug, knob, tank thread area, macro line? Try puttling a little bit of soapy water on it so you can see where the bubbles come from.
