Oy! Would it be possible to get CCM to make me a slightly modified T2 86 frame for a soon to be mine PG? The idea would be to cut the snatch grip section behind the rear screw securing the frame to the gun off. Otherwise, as I understand it, the frame will work for a PG as a drop-in mod. Trigger, sear, all that should work fine without modification. Cutting the snatch grip off isn't even necessary if I find myself a longer/larger RVA, but I'd like to keep the PG stock as possible. Thanks for the help!

^right, I've been talking with MaD about making an extra long RVA to makeup for how much the snatch grip section of the T2 frame sticks out. tbh the more I learn/see about this the less excited I am... Just will have to wait to get the PG and play around. I have an old blazer 45 frame which I'll try out first in any case.

Blazer frame is the way to go IMHO. Those battle grips look great but they're not the most comfortable things. Honestly the Sheridan frame is very nice if just throw some PMI rubber grips on it.

45 slider frame is pretty sick too, although you would generally need to make a spacer/tray and a custom sear... but the appearance would be excellent. mockup I did years ago, didn't follow through with the parts making because I didn't have time: ![]() in theory you could actually just mill the top of the frame with ball mill, then grind/file the sear height accordingly. the spacing is all correct from what I recall. trigger would also need to be milled down. Yea, the way falcon setup the PG I'm getting with battlegrips or whatever look very comfy. And I actually have some nice wooden sp-like grips that I might switch from the mag frame over, but just to try it out. I'm planning on expanding my sheridan collection, at least one more after this one (famous last words...), so after hearing from Mel I do think I'll be getting my hands on a T2 86 frame. Probably won't end up using it on the PG, as it seems the larger CCM frame looks much better on full size sheridans (planning on finding a pmi 1 and cutting the barrel back a bit), so that's probably will be where it ends up. In any case the PPS blazer frame does look really good. Apoc, man, I'd love to have a nice slider on the PG - that would be absolutely ideal. However, I'm just not up for finding someone to mod it or make an adapter to fit the PG - in other words too much work and/or too costly at the moment. Now, if someone had some advice on getting/making a slider 45 frame setup for the PG, please let me know

I have a t2 frame on a P68SC with a rva, It looks good. The RVA takes up the extra room on the snatch grip. I will post pictures tomorrow.
