Will these work on other CCM's, like an S6. I know there are other reg testers that would be easier to use. Just wondering. If the answer is yes, than add my name to the list please. With gauge.

no they will not.

the j12 tester screws through the front block, and into the valve

standard testers are just on/off asa's with a big gauge

Isn't the main guide rod threading the same on all ccm/2k cocker. It does make wonder if you would be able to see the valve recharge with one of these or the right theading one hooked up. Hmmm

Not to keep off topic but. if you had one of the hooked to say a s6 with a liquid filled gauge(slower moving) and the trigger frame attached, could you then see sweet spotting? Watch gauge for the biggest drop in pressure, and that's the sweet spot with no chrono or paint needed?

i am not sure.

the reg's recharge would be so fast, i dont think you'd see it

also..... that would only work if the smallest shot to shot flux was the sweetspot, which i am not 100% on

sweetspotting is where the springing and reg max out... before having dropoff on the bell curve

as i type this... i see your point.... hmmmmm

I don't think it would work. Doesn't sweet spotting have to do with both the input pressure and springs. You would only see the input pressure, which will keep increasing as you turn it up.

I know definitely has me wondering too. Are the liquid fill slow enough to even see the movement or change in preasure. Definitely sounds like a fun project. Now if we just knew someone with liquid filled gauge and knows a little about ccm/cockers (cough cough TF) who might be able to help out with some of these questions. Thanks for the feedback Ryan, really enjoy seeing the work you've done. I need to get another barrel freak bored, but that's another thread.
