Put the hopper on your gun and look in a mirror while holding it up like you normally shot it. If the top of the hopper is the same height has the top of your head or lower, you are fine. If it is taller, you should cut it down some.
Look at War0411's profile picture at the top of this post. The top of the hopper is not any taller than his head. So his hopper is not any bigger of a target than his head his. Helmi_17, is profile picture show that his hopper is taller, which means it is a bigger target. Not trying to point of this two guys, just there profile pictures are showing what i was talking about. This is just the general rule I try to go by.
