T2 pump arm question

So I've got a T2 and I took it all apart a couple days ago to clean it. But since I put it back together it feels like the pump arms are binding and the pump stroke feels kinda heavy and hard to pull.

Any suggestions on how to fix that? Thanks
.

Loosen the screws that hold the pump arms to the back block then twist the pump handle a little. You have to adjust the pump handle a little and then tighten the screws.
