^ Agreed as well. Reg pressure-- 300+, check valve spring seating, and finally the cup seal/valve o-rings for any nicks or tears

As others have stated sweet spot the reg. If there isn't enough pressure coming out of the reg than there won't be enough pressure to keep the valve shut when the hammer sits against the valve stem

I turned the reg out a bit and the leak is gone. I shot a few reballs over the chrony in my garage and got 290, 284, 285, 284. I'm a happy man. Now all I need is my auto trigger setup and she be done.
