Question Anyone else wish for a different S6.5 or T2 bolt/pin?

Just cleaning my S6.5 the other day and in trying to remove my bolt, I am reminded of how difficult it is to pull out the bolt pin. This is my only issue with my gun because everything else is so seamless.

Anyone else find this to be an issue?

Would it be possible for CCM to make bolts/pins that use a ball bearing/spring system to hold the pin in place?

I like how tight they are in that they are very solid with no slop but I think a nice streamline quick release bolt pin would be cool. I rarely ever need to strip mine down so its not a big issue, but I wouldn't be angry with something a little easier. I am pretty nuts over the pinless bolt on the new J12, I need to get one of them once they are in regular production.

The Ego bolt/pin system is great but something simple as a WGP bolt is fine with me.

i have never had an issue with the bolt pin on my T2, in fact I have never given it any thought. That makes it the perfect part; the one that works so you don't even have to think about it.

As you use it more the oring kind of wears and it is easier to remove the pin.

I just polished my pin and used a bit of triflow on it, and now it is fine.

Wgp BM pin that I shortened. It's made out of delrin so it also prevents body wear.

Cool Idea.

I also wondered about the snugness, but doesn't bug me.

Besides shortening the pin, did you have to account for a groove in the pin to fit the retaining o-ring in the bolt?
