Choices.
T2. Clean it all the time. One bad shot or dive and it goes down

Full block. Never worry about it. Run a squeegee threw it once a day

I played one game with a t2 last weekend at Uwl Utah
Sand everywhere like a beach.

Well I guess the v2 they changed a couple things. Good to know.

Well then to change my previous answer....

Nothing. I've played in some crappy environments when I had a 6.5 and never got it gunked up so that I had problems. Unless your playing on a beach, mud hole or the like I'd say you'll be fine.

Oh yeah - they are a two piece design. Check my video on the J12 - ASA work - and you will see the difference.

This won't occur during normal play, but can if you are crawling a dirty snake, or playing in horrible conditions.
you'll go blind if you keep crawling the dirty snake

Speaking of slot blockers, where can I buy one? My brother just got a T2 and I'm going to be the first person he comes to if he runs into problems with the gun. I want to nullify what I see to be the biggest problem on the gun so far.

Check out T2 Slot Blocker by storminnorman. I have one, and works very well. Not a single problem with my T2. Not that there ever was, but I too, wanted to exercise some preemptive maintenance...
